Your new company
Utilities company based in Warrigton, looking for a temporary administrator to join their helpdesk team.
Your new role
- Supporting with the delivery of all FM operations within SLA’s
- Raising purchase orders and sales orders for goods and service required.
- Ensuring business policies and processes are communicated and implemented within the contract
- Schedule calls-outs, maintenance visits and deliveries within agreed timescales.
- Ensure requests are raised through the proper channels and logged with correct priority
- Ensure engineers are assigned to the correct job
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent communication skills
- Detail orientated
- Previous experience in a similar role
- PC literate
- Able to prioritise and work with minimal supervision
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of meeting deadlines whilst working to strict company policies
What you'll get in return
Site based in Warrington
8am till 5pm, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday£13.47 per hour plus holiday pay
