Health and Social Care Teacher Job – January Start | Long-Term Role

Contract: Long-term placement
Start Date: January 2026
Salary: MPS/UPS+ potential for permanent offer

Hays are in partnership with an Ofsted-rated 'Good' Secondary School that is looking for a committed Health and Social Care Teacher for a long-term role starting in January. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking department with excellent resources and a strong student focus. This job will be long-term and will require you to do the full planning and marking.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver engaging lessons to KS4 and KS5 students
Inspire learners to pursue careers in health and social care
Contribute to a supportive and collaborative teaching team

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge and classroom experience
Passion for student development and inclusive education
