Your New Role

We are recruiting for a Health and Safety Lead to oversee all health and safety aspects on a large-scale Tier 1 building project. This is a pivotal role where you’ll ensure compliance with legislation and company standards while driving a positive safety culture on-site.

This position is ideal for:

  • An experienced Health and Safety Advisor ready to step up into a leadership role with more responsibility
  • A Health and Safety Manager seeking a more streamlined, focused position.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Leading health and safety initiatives across the project.
  • Conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Providing training and guidance to site teams.
  • Reporting to senior management on compliance and performance.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • A Level 3 Health and Safety Diploma (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and construction standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence and promote a positive safety culture.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within large-scale construction projects.
