Your new role
As Head of Workplace, Environment & Sustainability (WES), you will lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of workplace services, facilities, and environmental health and safety across multiple sites. This director-level position will oversee a broad portfolio including:
Facilities management and site services
Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) compliance
Business continuity and risk management
Sustainability strategy and environmental reporting
Security and vendor management
You’ll lead a high-performing team, drive innovation, and ensure compliance with ISO standards (14001, 45001, 22301). Your leadership will shape a workplace that is safe, sustainable, and future-ready.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
A strong background in facilities, SHE, or sustainability leadership
Proven experience managing large-scale operations and cross-functional teams
A NEBOSH Diploma and/or advanced IWFM qualification (or equivalent)
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
A strategic mindset with the ability to lead through change and complexity
Experience working within a matrixed, global organisation
A passion for continuous improvement and delivering customer-centric solutions
