Your new role
As a member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day management of an existing team, identifying areas of development and providing further training as required, assisting the advisers to grow their business whilst ensuring clients continue to be provided with high levels of service. You will also be responsible for growing the team and recruiting highly skilled advisers.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience of managing a high-performing financial advisory team, strong coaching skills, the ability to manage, motivate and support advisers to perform at their best, experience of training and development plans. Strong knowledge of financial advice is essential.
