Your new role
As Head of Technical, you will lead the technical function across the site, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and driving quality performance. You’ll manage a team covering Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and NPD, oversee audits, and implement best practices. This role also involves strategic leadership—developing technical plans, supporting new product launches, and collaborating with operations to deliver efficiency and innovation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a senior technical role within food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and regulatory compliance.
- Leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
