Role: Head of Supply Chain, UK

About the company: We’re working with a respected, global organisation in the life sciences sector. They are seeking an accomplished Head of Supply Chain to provide strategic leadership, ensure operational excellence, and deliver transformation across their UK & Ireland supply chain.

Your new role: You will take full accountability for the end ‑ to ‑ end regional supply chain strategy and operations, leading a talented team and overseeing third ‑ party partners to ensure seamless product availability.

Your remit will include optimising inventory and distribution networks, embedding best ‑ in ‑ class processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also play a key role in shaping commercial execution, ensuring contractual commitments are met, and aligning regional priorities with global objectives.

This is a highly visible role, requiring you to influence senior stakeholders, represent the region in global forums, and deliver measurable business impact through operational and strategic leadership.

What will you need to succeed in this role?:

You'll bring significant senior leadership experience in supply chain management, proven track record of leading complex, multi ‑ site supply chains, strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver operational efficiencies and strategic change, proficiency in ERP systems and data ‑ driven Decision ‑ making.
