Your new role

As the Head of Risk, you will get the chance to direct the firm's risk & compliance strategy, ensuring that the firm is compliant with relevant legislation. You will be the main point of contact with the SRA and will be responsible for conflicts of interest, financial crime, data protection and ethical compliance.

You will get the chance to advise other business units within the organisation to make sure they create a culture of compliance. You will be given the chance to conduct horizon scanning, making sure the firm is on top of all regulatory changes.

What you'll need to succeed

• A qualified solicitor.
• Experience working within the legal sector.
• Ability to make commercial decisions.
• Expert understanding of the SRA handbook and code of conduct.
