Head of Residential Convenancing, Reading

Role Description
We are looking for an experienced professional with over 8 years of expertise in residential property acquisition and management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams, preparing and managing budgets, and handling complex residential property matters.
In this role, you will collaborate with Partners across the firm to develop our existing team and drive business growth. Your active involvement in marketing and business development will be crucial in expanding our services.
Our firm is renowned for its high-value Residential Property work, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, and new build purchases. Join us to further enhance our strong reputation in this sector.

Experience/ Attributes Required
  • You will possess more than 8 years’ experience in residential, property acquisition with management experience.
  • Strong experience
    managing and leading a team.
  • Experience preparing and managing budgets with the technical ability to run and manage complex residential property matters.
  • You will be active in both marketing and business development to expand this area of work and have an excellent track record of building good relationships with referrers.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks: Legal, Business, and Marketing
  • Used to developing strategies for growth and be a dynamic keen marketer.
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to build new business relationships and be able to demonstrate an ability to promote both the team’s services and the firm’s broader legal services to agents and others.
  • Be able to demonstrate an understanding of competitive issues within the sector and be able to bring forward new ideas and to plan and implement changes in service delivery as required to ensure continued success for the team.
