Joining as a critical member of the Senior Leadership Team, this is a key opportunity to shape the future of repairs and maintenance services at scale in a new locality-based model in Cornwall.


Your new role
  • You will lead high profile services including repairs, capital works, and planned maintenance programmes.
  • You will influence strategic direction alongside senior leaders and the senior leadership team.
  • You will manage major contracts, budgets, and partnership arrangements.
  • You will drive customer satisfaction, performance, and service innovation.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven leadership experience in housing repairs or asset management.
  • A strong track record of delivering high-quality, customer-focused services.
  • Expertise in contract management, compliance, and performance delivery.
  • Ability to lead teams, build partnerships, and drive continuous improvement
  • A relevant professional qualification (such as CIH Level 4, a degree, HNC or equivalent), or be willing to work towards achieving CIH supported by extensive experience across responsive repairs, maintenance and planned works.
