As they continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Quality to lead our quality strategy and drive continuous improvement across all operations.

Your new role
As Head of Quality, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our quality vision. You will lead and develop the Quality Department, ensuring all products consistently meet company, regulatory, and customer expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the Quality function across all manufacturing sites, providing visible leadership and support through regular site visits, training, audits, and performance reviews.
  • Overseeing and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO standards and business requirements.
  • Monitoring quality performance, identifying trends, and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Buying teams to drive right-first-time manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Undertaking regular travel across our UK sites and occasional international trips to visit suppliers, attend industry expos, and explore emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety policies and procedures as outlined in our Integrated Management System (IMS).

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in a senior quality leadership role within manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, compliance, and auditing standards.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within the UK and internationally.
