- Monitor performance against plan, managing risks, constraints and opportunities
- Drive scenario planning across demand volatility, NPD, promotions and capacity changes
- Develop and track KPIs to improve forecast accuracy, service and efficiency
- Support new product introductions and strategic initiatives
- Lead continuous improvement across planning processes, systems and governance
- Contribute to long-term supply chain strategy and capacity planning
- Build strong relationships across all departments and influence decision-making at senior level
You will play a key role in shaping planning strategy and ensuring the business can meet both current and future demand efficiently.

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning systems (e.g. SAP, IBP, APO)
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
You will also be a collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, capable of working under pressure and driving performance through people.

- Pension scheme supporting your long-term financial security
- Generous annual leave entitlement with additional service-related benefits
- Career progression opportunities within a growing organisation and wider group structure

- The opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team, driving capability and continuous improvement
- Access to learning and development opportunities to support your professional growth
