Your new role

As Head of Paid Media, you will lead the development and execution of the paid digital strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic and emerging platforms. You will also introduce offline/OOH thinking to help evolve a more integrated approach to brand and acquisition.

You will:
  • Own and deliver the paid media strategy across global B2B and B2C markets
  • Build attribution‑aware frameworks that move beyond surface‑level ROAS
  • Lead and develop a small team while fostering a positive, collaborative working culture
  • Manage multi‑channel budgets and forecasting
  • Partner with analytics, product, brand and commercial teams to drive performance
  • Oversee creative testing, audience development, measurement and reporting
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners
  • Drive efficiencies across CAC, ROAS, CPA and AOV
  • Integrate offline and OOH planning into the wider acquisition strategy

What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive experience leading paid social, paid search and multi‑channel performance activity
  • B2B and B2C Experience
  • Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality and full‑funnel measurement
  • Experience managing significant paid media budgets
  • Exposure to — or appetite for — offline/OOH campaign planning
  • Experience coaching and developing high‑performing teams
  • A commercially‑driven mindset with the ability to translate data into business outcomes
  • Line management experience
