Head of Marketing | Luxury Restaurants | £65,000 | London (onsite)

Your new company

This privately held UK-based hospitality business operates within the licenced restaurant sector, offering high-end dining experiences in central London. The establishment is known for its refined Italian cuisine, elegant interiors, and vibrant entertainment, including live music and DJ performances. It caters to a clientele seeking luxury and sophistication, blending traditional culinary techniques with modern presentation. It has built a strong brand presence in the upscale dining market, with estimated annual revenues in the multi-million-pound range and a staff size between 11 and 50 employees.

Your new role

As Head of Marketing, you will be leading brand growth across London locations. This is a strategic leadership role that will shape and execute the marketing vision, elevate brand awareness, and drive customer engagement through bold, creative campaigns that reflect their commitment to exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and delivering a comprehensive marketing strategy across all venues. They will oversee a small in-house team, manage the marketing budget with a focus on ROI, and ensure all initiatives align with commercial goals. From seasonal promotions and festive events to restaurant launches and VIP activations, this role will lead the planning and execution of integrated omnichannel campaigns, working closely with PR agencies and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities include managing paid media across platforms like Google and Meta, optimising digital marketing efforts including SEO, PPC, email, and website content, and maintaining presence on third-party platforms. The role also involves developing targeted email campaigns with segmentation and automation, securing media coverage and awards through PR relationships, and tracking performance metrics to measure impact and inform future strategy.

What you'll need to succeed

You should have extensive experience in senior marketing roles, ideally within the food and beverage sector. You should bring a strong track record of leading high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives. Proficiency in a range of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, SEO, and major social media platforms is important. You should also possess solid organisational skills that allow to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a working familiarity with design software such as Adobe Photoshop.
