Your new company

You will be working for a large, international bank based in Central London. It offers a wider range of services including retail, corporate, and investment banking. They are looking to bring on an interim Head of Management Reporting to help during a busy period.

Your new role

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the development, consolidation, and delivery of timely and accurate management reports, providing critical financial insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes to support strategic decision-making across the organisation
• Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and Business Unit leaders to ensure alignment and management reporting
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting systems and processes, leveraging automation, data analytics and business intelligence tools.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified accountant with strong management reporting experience in a large, complex banking environment.
