Exciting opportunity for a seasoned licensing lawyer – either an existing Partner (equity or fixed share) or a Legal Director/aspiring Partner to head this respected Licensing Team.

This is a fabulous opportunity for a senior licensing lawyer from a recognised commercial firm or specialist licensing firm, ready to take a key strategic role and keen to build upon an existing licensing practice.

The department assists clients in obtaining and maintaining the broad spectrum of licenses for pubs, clubs and restaurants as well as shops and bookmakers. Additionally, the department will assist in appealing licensing decisions and fighting enforcement action.

Applicants must be able to work out of Leeds or Newcastle on a hybrid basis. Only those with UK experience will be considered.
