Your new role

As the Head of Financial Reporting, you’ll manage statutory and management accounts, ensure IFRS compliance, and oversee a high-performing team.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, it is likely you will have trained and qualified within a Big 4 practice and possess proven experience in financial reporting within a large and complex group. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are also key.

This role has been created as a result of two internal promotions, providing an excellent example of the opportunities within this large organisation. The office-based role comes with a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 20% bonus, car allowance and generous pension contribution.
