A growing real estate business is currently recruiting a Head of Finance to join their London team. This is a small but ambitious organisation looking for a commercially minded finance professional to help them through the next stage of their growth and development.

Your new role

This is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:

• Preparation of annual statutory accounts
• Responsible for all budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
• Oversight of monthly management accounts
• VAT monitoring
• Management of financing relationships
• Management of 1 direct report

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a qualified accountant with a proven track record in a financial management role. You will have a rounded skill set with strong excel and analytical skills with the ability to partner with a wide range of stakeholders. Previous experience using Sage 200 would be highly desirable.
