Home-based job opportunity for a Head of Business Partnering for a best-in-class Social Housing organisation.

Your new role

As Head of Finance Business Partnering, you’ll lead a high-performing team supporting Development, Asset Management, and Corporate departments. You’ll shape their financial strategy, drive system transformation, and deliver robust financial planning and control—ensuring they remain fit for the future.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll be a qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) with proven leadership experience and a strong background in Social Housing. Expertise in financial modelling, investment appraisal, and long-term planning software (e.g. BRIXX) is essential, along with the ability to influence and communicate across all levels.
