Your new role
- Lead the English department, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Support students with specific learning needs, including dyslexia and speech/language challenges
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic student development
- Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and departmental leadership
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified teacher with leadership experience in English
- Strong understanding of SEN and inclusive teaching strategies
- Passionate about supporting neurodiverse learners
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
