A hugely exciting role working for a hugely dynamic and charismatic Company Secretary, who is a true visionary. The position, Head of Corporate Governance will be working closely with the Director of Corporate Governance to establish a new governance framework, drive new initiatives including the use of technology and of course providing strategic advice to senior stakeholders.
To be considered, you will be a qualified Company Secretary who has excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills so that you can work with business to implement change and create new initiatives. Your experience will include advising Boards and Non-Exec's and you will be full of ideas and passion.
