Your new role

As the Head of Compliance in London, you will take full ownership of the firm’s compliance framework, ensuring it remains effective, proportionate, and fully aligned with FCA requirements. You will act as the primary point of contact for all regulatory matters, providing strategic guidance to the Board and senior leadership while embedding a strong culture of compliance across the organisation. The role involves leading the development and continuous improvement of the compliance strategy, overseeing regulatory reporting and monitoring activity, and offering expert advice on key regulatory areas including SMCR, Consumer Duty, and conduct risk. You will manage and mentor a high‑performing compliance team, build strong relationships with regulators and external stakeholders, and support business change initiatives to ensure regulatory alignment. Throughout, you will deliver clear, commercially aware compliance guidance that supports the organisation’s long‑term objectives.
