Head of Commercial, London, Insurance, £125,000 (40% Annual Bonus), Immediate Start!

Our client, an incredibly fast-growing InsureTech business, are looking to recruit an experienced, ambitious Head of Commercial to join their London-based operation. Working in a very sociable office and reporting directly to the Country Manager, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client have been established for just over 10 years and have grown extensively in that time - boasting over 1,200 FTE within 3 x separate sites across Europe. Their London operation consists of 100 FTE, with a portfolio of over 100,000 customers (and ambitions to hit the 1,000,000 customer mark by 2030!). Having secured an incredible amount of investment throughout their rise to date, they are now in a position where the perfect the right candidate to steer the ship in London. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Taking full ownership of business KPI's - charting the course for exponential profit growth whilst ensuring an incredible customer experience is delivered to all
- Establishing a critical, influential presence when working alongside other Department Heads (Finance/Product/IT/Engineering, etc)
- Identifying and defining both current and future online product needs
- Designing and executing strategies focused on maximising the LTV to the online customer base
- Leveraging and growing relationships with strategic partners - securing strong commercial terms/exploring new opportunities
- Driving cross-functional alignment with stakeholders to design/launch market-defining products
- Hiring/growing team

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Proven managerial experience with direct P&L responsibility
- Ability to demonstrate a clear focus on driving profitable growth/commercial performance
- Ability to/experience of working alongside other Department Heads
- Strong strategic background - preferably from a top-tier Management Consultancy firm
- Data-driven approach to identifying commercial opportunities / diagnosing performance issues
- Ability to operate with great autonomy - owning complex problems end-to-end, and exhibiting a strong entrepreneurial approach to driving business growth/innovation

In addition to a very competitive basic salary of £100,000 - £125,000, our client are also offering the following:

- Annual Bonus (expected up to 40%, however this can be exceeded!)
- Incredible progression opportunities as the company continues to grow exponentially
