What you'll need to succeed
The role will suit someone with experience of working as an Operations Manager or Team Leader in financial services or from a professional services background, someone who is proactive, thrives on new challenges, has the ability to step back, critique the existing way of working, implement improvements and "think outside the box." You will also have a proven track record of leading a team or initiatives with a demonstrable positive impact. In addition to managing workloads and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, you will also be someone who derives satisfaction from helping to support and develop the skills and experience of others.
