Head of Client Services, Pharma/Tech, £80,000, London, Amazing Progression, Immediate Start!
Our client, a global Medical Education business whom utilise industry-leading tools to help their client base to elevate the quality of healthcare, are looking to recruit an ambitious, driven Head of Client Services to join their growing team. Based in a fun, sociable Central London office (and working on a hybrid model of 4 days in, with 1 day working from home), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate.
Our client are the number one open-access destination for Pharmaceutical professionals globally, and boast an unrivalled content hub which includes journals, interviews, podcasts, webinars and infographics. They partner with their client base on bespoke projects to ensure individual knowledge goals/targets can be achieved, and strive to offer an exceptional service to all customers. Due to their growth, they are now actively seeking the perfect candidate to oversee their incredibly commercial Client Services team (whom work very closely with the separate Sales team), with a particular focus on nurturing the young team to improve performance. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Client Services team (14 FTE, inclusive of 4 x Team Leaders) to consistently deliver high-performing projects, and a world-class customer experience
- Effectively collaborating across all business departments, driving the customer agenda and ensuring an aligned plan is always maintained.
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Experience of managing a Client Services/Account Management function
- Experience of managing other Supervisors/Team Leads, etc
- Huge drive/passion for nurturing/developing others
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team
- Results-focused/commercial approach to work
- Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment
- Genuine ambition to progress
- Fun, sociable personality!

- Setting clear goals and performance expectations for team members, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback
