Your new role

• Lead the campus learning team and oversee curriculum design and delivery
• Develop and execute a learning strategy aligned with business and future capability needs.
• Collaborate with global learning peers and senior stakeholders to shape the curriculum roadmap
• Manage learning budgets and external partnerships
• Drive data-led decision-making and measure learning effectiveness
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and development

• Proven experience in strategic curriculum design and learning operations
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience managing large-scale learning programmes and budgets
