Role Purpose
The Head of Campus Faculty & Curriculum is responsible for leading the development and delivery of learning content and curriculum across the Campus, both in-person and virtually. This role ensures that learning outcomes are aligned with strategic business priorities and future capability needs. It also drives innovation in learning design and delivery, fostering a culture of continuous development and excellence.
The role oversees the Campus Learning team and collaborates with global learning peers and advisory boards to shape the future curriculum. It is accountable for the end-to-end learning experience, from concept to implementation, ensuring a world-class learner journey that supports:

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Campus Learning team and own the curriculum strategy and delivery roadmap.
- Champion a learning culture and advocate for the campus across the organisation.
- Collaborate with market unit learning leads to translate business needs into curriculum offerings.
- Design and implement a dynamic learning strategy, treating learning needs as products from ideation to execution.
- Establish data-driven methods to measure learning impact and continuously improve offerings.
- Manage the annual campus learning budget, balancing demand with available resources.
- Coach and develop the Campus Learning team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
- Bring external insights and thought leadership to inform learning innovation and best practices.
- Select and manage external partners and suppliers to support content creation and delivery.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience in curriculum design and strategic learning planning.
- Demonstrated success in implementing learning strategies that drive performance and capability.
- Strong budget management skills.
- Experience leading large-scale learning programmes from concept to delivery.
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across diverse functions.
- Track record of leading data-driven learning teams with measurable outcomes.
- Deep understanding of learning methodologies and innovation in the learning space.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect learning initiatives to broader business goals.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Desirable:
- Experience working in large, matrixed organisations.
