Your new role
You will lead the development and execution of a unified brand vision across all markets, encompassing brand communications, digital platforms (including website and social media), and strategic brand partnerships. Acting as the global steward for the company’s product brands, you will integrate brand building, marketing communications, and digital engagement into a cohesive strategy that drives measurable business growth and elevates brand leadership within key categories. With influence at the executive level, the role involves managing substantial budgets and inspiring high-performing, cross-regional teams to deliver impactful results at scale. Central to the role is the enhancement of brand equity and customer perception through integrated marketing efforts, sponsorships, and digital initiatives, all aimed at building a globally consistent yet locally resonant brand that fosters preference, engagement, and loyalty across diverse markets and audiences.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring over 15 years of strategic brand management and marketing leadership experience, including at least 8–10 years in senior roles overseeing teams and agencies. You’ll have a proven ability to lead global campaigns, drive digital engagement, and activate sponsorships within multinational environments, consistently delivering measurable growth in brand equity and business performance. Your expertise will span managing large budgets, guiding high-performing cross-functional teams, and navigating complex stakeholder networks. You’ll be adept at translating brand vision into integrated, actionable plans, with deep knowledge of global-to-local brand management, omnichannel campaign execution, and sponsorship strategy. A strong grasp of digital ecosystems, data-driven marketing, and content strategy is essential, along with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence without direct authority. Experience working across geographies in matrixed global organisations is key, and prior exposure to the automotive or consumer goods sectors is preferred. You’ll demonstrate visionary brand leadership, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to inspire and develop diverse teams, backed by strong business acumen and a global perspective.
