Handyperson – Construction (Oxfordshire/Wiltshire)

About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Handyperson to join our construction teams across Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. This role involves carrying out a variety of tasks, including minor repairs, maintenance, and assisting trades on-site, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on-site.
  • Assist with basic carpentry, painting, and finishing work.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Carry out minor plumbing and electrical tasks (if qualified).
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Support site teams with additional duties as required.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Handyperson or in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of basic construction and maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment.
  • Own tools and PPE (essential).
  • Valid CSCS card (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
