Handyperson – Construction (Oxfordshire/Wiltshire)

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Handyperson to join our construction teams across Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. This role involves carrying out a variety of tasks, including minor repairs, maintenance, and assisting trades on-site, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on-site.
Assist with basic carpentry, painting, and finishing work.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Carry out minor plumbing and electrical tasks (if qualified).
Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with health and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Support site teams with additional duties as required.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Handyperson or in a similar role.
Good knowledge of basic construction and maintenance tasks.
Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment.
Own tools and PPE (essential).
Valid CSCS card (preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
