Your new role
Responsible for carrying out a wide range of external and internal repair and maintenance works across housing stock
- Carry out small roof repairs, including patching and minor remedial works.
- Install and repair fencing
- Complete concrete repairs, including patching and resurfacing
- Undertake small brickwork repairs
- Carry out flagging and paving repairs
- Complete minor plastering repairs
- Perform painting and decorating tasks
- Conduct property clear-outs and cleaning, ensuring properties are left in good condition
- Identify maintenance issues and carry out effective repairs
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a Handyperson, maintenance, or multi-trade role (1 and 5 years preferred)
- Demonstrable skills across a range of trades, e.g:
- Basic plumbing (leaks, fitting taps, etc.)
- Electrical (minor works only – changing sockets, light fittings)
- Carpentry (doors, skirting, small repairs)
- Painting & decorating
- General property maintenance
- Access NI Required
- Tools Required.
