Multi-Skilled Technician

Your new company

You will be working for a leading housing contractor who we have worked alongside for 15 years. Working across Widnes.

Your new role

  • Delivering safe and efficient repairs across multiple trades, with a focus on painting and plastering, and experience in joinery, brickwork, and plumbing.
  • Working in both occupied and void properties.
  • Managing van stock in line with company policies.
  • Meeting productivity and efficiency targets, and reviewing performance via dashboards.
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding standards.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving “right first time” outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience across multiple trades, with a strong focus on painting and plastering.
  • Additional skills in basic plumbing, joinery, brickwork, or flooring are desirable.
  • NVQ or equivalent qualification in a core trade.
  • Solid understanding of core trade and awareness of related trades.
  • Full UK driving licence
