Join a leading global insurance organisation as Group Reward Lead, where you'll shape reward strategy on an international scale. Known for its dynamic and collaborative culture, the company is committed to attracting and retaining top talent through innovative reward solutions.

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this is an opportunity to build the organisation's reward function from the ground up. You'll design and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy, design the compensation framework, conduct benchmarking studies, and develop analytics dashboards to support decision-making. You'll shape performance management process and partner with the wider HR team to ensure compliance and seamless delivery of all reward processes.
