Group Reward Lead, Global Insurance Firm, Hybrid (4 Days, London Office)

A global insurance organisation with a strong international footprint is seeking a Group Reward Lead to join its Human Resources team. Known for its dynamic and collaborative culture, the company is committed to attracting and retaining top talent through creating innovative reward strategies.

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will lead the design and implementation of the organisation’s total compensation and benefits strategy. This includes defining the overall compensation framework, conducting benchmarking studies, and developing analytics dashboards to support decision-making. You will manage annual compensation cycles, oversee bonus and salary review processes, and advise on executive compensation proposals. Additionally, you will collaborate on performance management processes and partner with HR teams to ensure compliance and seamless delivery of reward programs.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will have 8–10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, ideally within a global organisation or consulting environment. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential, along with experience using HR systems such as Workday.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape reward practices across a diverse business. In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package, with a hybrid working policy based in London.
