Group Procurement Manager, FM - London

Your new company

You’ll be joining a well-established investment management firm with a strong UK footprint and a growing international presence. The business is known for delivering high-quality financial advice and services, with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. With a dynamic and purpose-led culture, this is an ideal environment for procurement professionals looking to make a tangible impact.

Your new role

You will take ownership of the procurement strategy for Property and Facilities Management (FM), reporting into the Senior Group Procurement Manager where you’ll lead on FM retenders, manage legacy contracts from previous mergers, and drive consolidation across an 18-site estate (including UK, Dublin, and Jersey). You’ll also support wider procurement initiatives across IT and marketing, and contribute to ESG-related improvements.

This is a hands-on role requiring end-to-end procurement expertise, particularly in FM and property projects. You’ll be expected to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards. The team is collaborative, and you’ll work closely with stakeholders across Facilities, Legal, and Information Security.

What you'll need to succeed

To do well in this role, you’ll need solid experience in indirect procurement, especially across property and facilities management. If you’ve handled complex tenders, worked through legacy contracts, or led supplier consolidation projects, that’s exactly the kind of background we’re looking for. You’ll need to be confident engaging with stakeholders and negotiating contracts, and while financial services experience is a bonus, it’s not essential.

What you'll get in return

The role offers a salary of £65,000 to £70,000 for permanent candidates. There’s a discretionary bonus, typically paid in March, which averages around 10%, and the company contributes 8% to your pension. You’ll receive 25 days of annual leave, with the option to buy additional days, and benefit from a smart working model—three days in the office and two from home.

You’ll be joining at a pivotal time, with the chance to shape the FM procurement landscape and make a real impact. The business is actively investing in its estate, including a revamp of London office, and is focused on building a modern, efficient property portfolio.
