This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to join a dynamic team and play a key role in driving procurement strategy, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives across the business.
Your new role
You will be responsible for developing and delivering category strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve value. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will lead sourcing projects, monitor market trends, manage supplier risk, and support sustainability objectives. You will also provide support and guidance to a Procurement Graduate.

What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related discipline
- Procurement experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food production, or retail
- Strong supplier management and contract negotiation experience
- Experience developing category and sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical abilities
- Good IT and reporting skills
- Previous mentoring or people management experience is desirable
