Your new role

• Strategic Financial Planning: Drive the development and implementation of long-term financial strategies, aligning with the overall business objectives.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to corporate guidelines.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with business leaders to provide insightful financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of FP&A professionals.

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA qualified with a top firm
• Minimum 2+ years of FP&A experience, ideally within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A solid understanding of financial principles and best practices.
