An exciting global company in High Wycombe is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their dynamic finance team and play a key role in shaping the future of the business.

Your new role

• Financial Accounting at half year and year-end for external stat requirements
• Preparation of UK stat accounts for the group
• Audit coordination and management of relationship with the audit team
• Act as technical accounting expert for the group regarding IFRS
• Management of group internal control programme and entity sign-offs of control declarations
• Accounting for share based payments
• Ownership and maintenance of Group Finance Manual detailing group accounting policies and procedures
• Support outsourced tax calculations and provision of data

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or finalist with strong experience)

• Solid experience in group reporting, audit, or financial accounting

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

• Proactive mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality work
