GROUP FINANCE MANAGER - HOSPITALITY - £65-75K

I’m currently partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing hospitality group with ambitious expansion plans across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of growth. They’re seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to lead group reporting and provide strategic support to a finance team of 4-5.

Your new role

Reporting to the Group FC:

  • Oversee and support the finance team (c. 5 reports) with the support of the Group FC
  • Preparation, review and analysis of weekly and monthly management information
  • Assist in interpreting results and drafting monthly financial commentary for the senior stakeholders
  • Co-ordinate the budget process
  • Assist in suggesting and delivering improvements to the format and content of management reports, covering financial information and key performance indicators
  • Assist with the preparation of business plans and feasibility studies for acquiring potential new properties for the portfolio
  • Assist with the monitoring and controlling of revenues and costs
  • Ad hoc projects typical for this type of role
  • Implement processes and policies to improve the financial control of the business and also to suggest improvements to these
  • Group consolidation and preparation of financial statements under IFRS
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be a qualified finance professional (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) with solid industry experience - sector background is flexible. Strong knowledge of group consolidations and multi-currency reporting is essential. Experience in team leadership or mentoring is a plus.
