Groundworking Labourer Required - Large Project

We’re recruiting a Groundworks Labourer for a long-term temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established civics contractor operating across North Wales.

Your new role
- Supporting groundworkers and site teams on civil/water infrastructure projects
- Assisting with excavation, trenching, reinstatement and general site preparation.
- Operating a small plant and tools (training can be provided where required)
- Keeping work areas safe, tidy, and compliant with site procedures
- Helping with installation of ducting, pipework, chambers and drainage
- Supporting reinstatement work, including kerbing, concreting, and backfilling.
What you'll need to succeed
✅ Full UK driving licence (essential)
✅ Previous experience in civil, utilities, or water infrastructure
✅ Valid CSCS card (essential)
✅ Ability to work safely and follow instructions on active sites
Dumper ticket (NPORS/CPS) – highly desirable but not essential
EUSR or water hygiene card beneficial but training can be provided
