We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a reputable maintenance contractor in Lancashire. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard across a variety of sites, including parks, housing estates, open spaces, commercial properties, and public areas.

Your new role

• Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming and shrub maintenance
• Litter picking and general site cleanliness
• Weed removal and use of herbicides (PA1/PA6 desirable but not essential)
• Leaf blowing and seasonal site clearance
• Planting, bedding, pruning and basic horticultural tasks

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Full UK driving licence

• Knowledge of equipment
