Grounds Maintenance Worker
Grounds Team Member
Location: Guildford
Who We're Looking For:
- A lover of the outdoors with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team.
- A clean driving licence holder (or willing to obtain one).
- Flexible, able to prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
Experience:
- Relevant professional experience is desirable but not essential.
- Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tend, plant, and cultivate the gardens at RGS and RGS Prep.
- Maintain the grounds and facilities at all three sites.
- Prepare pitches for rugby, football, and cricket, including seasonal changes.
- Liaise with and supervise external contractors as directed by the Grounds Manager.
