Project Manager, Business Analyst, Risk

Your new company
You’ll be working with a leading UK-based organisation on a high-profile programme to embed the Group Risk Management Framework (GRMF) across the business.

Your new role
As a Risk Governance Delivery Consultant, you will lead the delivery of a formal project to implement and embed the GRMF. This includes managing the project plan, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting the development of risk policies and controls. You will act as the key interface between internal teams and the central risk programme, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and robust governance.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management
  • Own and maintain the detailed GRMF project plan and high-level roadmap
  • Track delivery against critical path and key milestones
  • Schedule and lead project meetings, driving actions to completion
  • Provide regular reporting into the central programme, including RAID logs and business value tracking
  • Support project governance documentation and updates for the Project Board

Business Analysis
  • Support the review and redesign of risk policies to align with internal frameworks
  • Coordinate policy review and approval processes, including integration with internal systems
  • Facilitate workshops (e.g. Risk & Control Self-Assessments) and design sessions
  • Identify and document key process risks and risk appetite metrics
  • Explore automation opportunities using risk systems


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience delivering complex risk or governance-related projects
  • Strong hybrid skillset across project management and business analysis
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with corporate governance frameworks and risk management principles
  • Excellent communication, planning, and documentation skills
  • Experience with tools such as RAID logs, project plans, and risk systems is desirable
