Your new role
As a Graduate GP Surveyor, you will join a dynamic team and have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of exciting projects. This is an excellent entry-level position that will allow you to develop your skills and knowledge within the field of general practice surveying.
Your key responsibilities will include
Assisting with property valuations, market appraisals, and feasibility studies
Conducting research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making
Participating in the preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables
Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and other consultants
Undertaking site inspections and property measurements
Supporting the wider team in the delivery of high-quality consulting services
What you'll need to succeed
Recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a degree in a relevant discipline, such as surveying, property management, or real estate
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
Passion for the real estate industry and a keen interest in the latest trends and developments
Proactive, organised, and able to work to tight deadlines
Willingness to learn, grow, and take on increasing levels of responsibility
