What you'll need to succeed

You will be a finance or accounting graduate with strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Power BI is a plus. You will already have some finance experience gained in a commercial environment and be keen to develop and progress your accounting and analytical skills. This role offers exposure to operational finance and cross-functional collaboration, with study support for CIMA or ACCA after probation. You will be living in the Lincoln area as the role is predominantly office-based.
