The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Building Services Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) to join our Manchester team. This is the perfect role for someone looking to kickstart their career in building services design within a supportive consultancy environment.
You’ll gain hands-on experience across a range of live projects, working closely with senior engineers while developing design, coordination, and technical skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate Engineer you will:
- Support Mechanical and/or Electrical design activities
- Assist in producing calculations, drawings, and technical documents
- Work alongside senior engineers on varied commercial, residential, education, and public sector projects
- Attend design meetings and liaise with architects, contractors, and clients
- Contribute to sustainable, innovative engineering solutions
- Learn industry‑standard software and adopt best design practices
- Build a strong foundation toward chartership and long‑term career progression
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
- A genuine interest in building services and sustainability
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- A willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a growing team
- Must currently be living in the UK
- No sponsorship available – UK right to work required
