Global Mobility Tax Manager
I am currently representing a leading global mobility firm currently seeking a global mobility tax manager to join their team. This firm offers expert advice to multinational organisations, supporting clients with their mobility programmes, cost-efficient and regulatory alignment. This firm fosters a collaborative and inclusive culture where individuals work on international assignments and cross-functional projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client engagements from large global enterprises to OMB’s and emerging businesses expanding internationally
- Provide strategic tax advice on international assignments, equalisation policies, remote work and commuter arrangements
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities and delivering high quality service
- Review deliverables and support the development of junior colleagues
- Stay up to date with tax law and regulations
The candidate:
- 4+ years of experience within global mobility tax with a strong foundation in UK tax
- CTA/ATT or ACA qualified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
