Your new role

• Manage a diverse portfolio of global mobility tax clients
• Provide compliance and consulting services to HR, Finance, and C-suite professionals
• Lead and deliver tax projects, resolving client queries
• Ensure delivery of technically excellent and high-quality work
• Coach and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in global mobility tax
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver technical advice
• ATT and/or CTA qualifications desirable but not essential
• Proactive, client-focused approach with leadership capabilities
