Job overview
An established global biopharmaceutical organisation is seeking a Contract EU Labelling Operations Specialist to support EU and US labelling activities. The role is primarily focused on EU labelling operations and execution rather than labelling strategy.

This position will suit someone with strong attention to detail, experience in regulatory labelling support, and a solid background in document management and linguistic review within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities
• Support day‑to‑day EU and US labelling operations, with primary responsibility for EU labelling activities
• Maintain and update Core Data Sheets and country labelling documents
• Coordinate EMEA linguistic review activities and implement approved changes
• Ensure labelling content is compliant with regulatory requirements and internal processes
• Support coordination of artwork updates, working between EU Regulatory, Global Labelling, and Artwork teams
• Track changes through formal change control and approval workflows
• Manage labelling documentation within EDMS and regulatory tracking systems
• Support system transition activities where required
• Provide additional support across EU and US labelling during periods of increased workload

Key skills and experience
• Experience in EU pharmaceutical labelling operations
• Exposure to US labelling activities beneficial
• Experience managing EMEA linguistic review processes
• Strong document management and compliance mindset
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Comfortable working in an operational, execution‑focused role rather than a strategic labelling position
• Experience with EDMS platforms such as SharePoint or similar
• Exposure to labelling or document management systems such as Veeva beneficial
