HR Systems & Operations Lead
Location: London (Hybrid 3 days in the office / 2 at home)
Salary: £113,000–£120,000 + 20% Bonus + Benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

We are seeking a dynamic and delivery-focused HR Systems & Operations Lead to join a global, PE-backed group at a pivotal time in its transformation journey. With 87 locations across 36 countries and over 20,000 employees, this is a complex and fast-paced environment where your expertise will have real impact.

About the Role
Reporting into the Group People function, you will lead the HR systems and data agenda across the organisation. You’ll be responsible for driving the SuccessFactors roadmap, managing global rollouts, and ensuring data integrity and operational excellence across HR systems. This is a hands-on role in a lean team of 25, requiring someone who thrives in ambiguity and is ready to roll up their sleeves.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the HRIS strategy and roadmap, with a focus on SuccessFactors (EC live, Recruiting rolled out, Onboarding and Talent next).
Oversee global HR data governance, reporting, and analytics.
Manage and develop a team (previous structure included 2 PMs and 4 data analysts based in India).
Partner with global stakeholders to deliver training, process improvements, and system enhancements.
Coordinate system rollouts, training, and user adoption initiatives.
Collaborate with HR Ops, PMO, and business leaders to ensure systems and data support strategic goals.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in HR systems leadership, ideally with SuccessFactors.
  • Strong data and analytics capability - able to get under the hood and deliver.
  • Experience working in complex, global organisations, ideally service-based or multi-site.
  • Resilient, pragmatic, and hands-on - someone who doesn’t walk away when things get tough.
  • Comfortable working in a PE-backed environment, it is essential you have recent permanent employment experience within an commercial environment.

Package & Benefits
Base salary: £113,000–£120,000 (depending on experience)
Bonus: 20% discretionary
Pension: 5% employer / 5% employee
