Reporting to the CEO and partnering with SLT, you will have the chance to develop and deliver a business-aligned people strategy that helps deliver more sustainable, profitable growth. You will lead a small people team, including a TA Partner and a Payroll professional, as you work across the employee life cycle. With people being the ‘product’, you will focus on talent development, retention and attracting top talent globally. You will be working with a significant gen-z population as well as an intellectual employee base and thus a diverse, current approach to HR is required.

The ideal Head of HR will have an impeccable academic track record, and preferably a Masters and Bachelors in Psychology or HR from a renowned University. The Head of HR will also be accustomed to delivering in an SME environment and will be comfortable with a multi-generational, including gen z, workforce. The successful HR Lead will enjoy delivering in a commercial, intellectual setting and have excellent communication and influencing skills.

Offering £80,000 - £100,000, 15% bonus, benefits and 2,3 days working from home as well as two international work trips per year.
